About Us
Our Story
77 Alma Road was built as an elegant family home. When we took it over it was a rather sad office space showing its age and marked by an unsympathetic 1970’s conversion. It was however clear that it could be much more.
Led by James’ vision and design skils, we set about fashioning a working space that would reflect the character and history of the building and allow us to create a friendly and creative co-working environment for individuals and small teams. We wanted to ensure that the builidng would be somewhere that people wanted to come to and could feel positive and relaxed.
Using our own experiences of working in different locations we set about deigning an environment that has the facilities that you need and the atmosphere that you want in order to work at your best.

One Bristol is all about creativity and respect. It has created first class modern working environment in the heart of Clifton while respecting the Georgian beauty of the location.

Our Community’s Shared Facilities
The shared communal space with our building includes a breakfast bar, an indoor quiet space with a green herb wall which adjoins an outdoor veranda to the back and there is a private outdoor courtyard to the front of the building.
The Kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, tea & coffee making facilities, microwave and dishwasher.
The quiet indoor room can also be utilized as a waiting room for visitors and clients.
Where We Are
Our offices are easily accessible by bike, e-scooter, car, train, and bus. There’s bike parking on-site and nearby, with e-scooter and e-bike hire right outside on Alma Road. We’re just a 5-minute walk from Clifton Down train station, with regular connections to Temple Meads. Several major bus stops are also close by on Whiteladies Road. Car parking is available in the neighbouring multi-storey or on surrounding streets, with passes and permits available. Tenants have 24/7 key fob access, and reception is staffed weekdays from 9:30–17:30.
